Play Another Day Non-Profit Pet Surgery provides advanced surgical services for need-based qualified clientele. Our services are by appointment only, no walk-ins. Our pricing is reduced compared to industry standards, but THIS IS NOT A FREE SERVICE; fees are associated with all services and payment is due at the time of services. Clients must show proof of need to qualify for our services. It is also important that each client has consulted with a community veterinary office and has obtained at least a tentative diagnosis of the problem or be referred to us by a community veterinarian.

How to Qualify

There are three steps (groups of requirements) that are needed to qualify for services. One item from each of the three groups is needed:

  • A veterinarian diagnosis of the current problem and an estimate for services declined for financial reasons. - OR-

  • A direct communication/referral to us by a veterinary office.

Group 1: Veterinarian Examination.

Group 2: Proof of less than maximum income per the following chart

This can be done by showing us one of the following:

(Any of the following documents need to be provided by and reflecting the pets owners’ information)

  • Last two pay stubs dated within the last 60 days

  • Last year’s federal income tax return

  • Proof of enrollment in Medicaid program

  • Proof of enrollment in LEAP program

  • Proof of enrollment in food stamps program

Group 3: Proof of declination of application to Care Credit, Scratch Pay or apply for Cherry Payment Plan here.

(Cherry Payments Plan offer no hard credit check and no hidden fees such as deferred, retroactive, or compounding interest when approved.)

We reserve the right to decline services to anyone if we feel there is dishonesty with the application and/or if the applicant is uncivil, rude, threatening, or abusive to our team. In the event of such issues arising, you will be directed to seek assistance elsewhere for your pet's care, possibly to an alternative provider or to the local humane society.
